Exchanges and Other Policies

Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date in a new and unused state. Lamon Jewelers will not accept any exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, usage, or has been altered from its original condition or size.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery date on unworn and unaltered watches from their original condition with all tags, warranty card included, and original packaging included.

Exchanges may take one to two weeks to process. Item must be exchanged for equal or greater value. If the item being received by the customer in the exchange exceeds the value of the original item, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Special Orders

All special orders need to be placed in person, or via phone or email and require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price. Orders cannot be canceled or amended after 24 hours of placing the order. Changes or cancellations made to special orders outside the initial 24-hour period are not eligible for a refund or refund of the deposit.

Please note that all special charges are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be placed online. They must be placed in-store with a sales associate. All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price upon the placement of the order. The remaining balance of the order is due at completion. No returns or exchanges are allowed on custom orders. All sales are final.
