What actions is Lamon's taking to curtail the problem of conflict diamonds?
Lamon's views the problem of conflict diamonds as a very serious issue.  We have taken the stance that we will only maintain relationships with vendors who adhere to the principles set forth in the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KCPS).  This scheme was designed to prevent the filtering of illegal conflict diamonds into the global diamond supply chain, and thus we deem it mandatory for all our vendors to abide by the laws set forth in the process and we require them to provide a written statement to that effect.
 
Are prices at Lamonjewelers.com subject to change?
Prices on Lamonjewelers.com are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price listed for the merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.
 
How do I get an appraisal for my Lamon's merchandise?
Lamon's does offer certified insurance appraisals for some merchandise as a free service. (Generally items over $500 in value*). 
 
* Some exceptions do apply.
If you need to have your item appraised, you may contact our  and a representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
Is there sales tax for online purchases?
Local and state taxes will be collected for purchases of customers in the state of Tennessee.  Customers outside the state of Tennessee should consult their local and state tax laws for proper filing of use tax in their state.

Lamon’s offers a limited but vast selection of Lamon Jewelers merchandise online for shopping.  If there is an item you saw in our store but cannot locate online, feel free to email  and a representative will gladly help in any way they can.
 
I received an invitation to a special event at Lamon's, how can I find out more information about the event?

How can I find out who manufactures and item on your website?
Unless clearly stated by a designer name all products are manufactured by Lamon’s, or commissioned for use in our store and/or online.

Does Lamon's disclose its customer's information to affiliates or non-affiliates?

No.  Lamon’s (operating under the trade name Lamon Jewelers, Inc.) does not disclose the personal information of our customers to our affiliates or non-affiliates.  We may provide customer information for general purposes to third-party affiliates, such as to ship you an item, or to contact a third party at your request, but this information does not extend to any information that is not already public knowledge as set forth in local, state, and federal laws.
 
How do I order Lamon's merchandise?

Online – You can add your item to your shopping cart by clicking on the purchase button next to the item.  You will then be guided through the order process.

How can I check on an order I placed on Lamonjewelers.com?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on the track order button. 

You can also contact our to check the status of your order.  Please include your name, telephone number, email address, and order number, so that a representative can contact you with the proper information.
 
How will my order be shipped?
Depending on order amount and location, your order will be shipped via Federal Express or the USPS.  Please visit the shipping section of this website for more information.
 
Can a personalized gift message be included with my purchase?

Yes.  Once you have selected an item for purchase, you will be asked if you would like to include a gift message with your item.  Messages cannot be more than 150 characters in length.
 
Can Lamon's edit my personalized gift message?
Lamon’s hopes that you will write a reflective customized message to accompany your purchase; however, we do reserve the right to edit your message should it contain objectionable words, phrases or obscenities.  Please contact customerservice@lamonjewelers.com if you have any questions regarding this policy.
 
Will my purchase from Lamon's arrive gift-wrapped?
Your item can be gift wrapped for a small fee ($4.95 per package).  Generally, Lamon’s boxes arrive in red wrapping paper with white bows, except during holidays, which is usually a seasonal variety.
 
Why am I being charged sales tax for my Lamon's purchase?

We are required to collect sales tax in any state that we have physical presence.  Local and state taxes will be collected for purchases of customers in the state of Tennessee.  Customers outside the state of Tennessee should consult their local and state tax laws for proper filing of use tax in their state. 
 
 How do I get my Lamon's merchandise engraved?

Lamon’s offers both hand and machine engraving in a variety of standard type styles.  Please contact customerservice@lamonjewelers.com Monday thru Friday 10:00AM-6:00PM.
 
How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

Items are accepted for return or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. 

A refund will be issued to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received.  Gift receipts are entitled to nonrefundable merchandise credit.  To return or exchange your merchandise please follow the instructions included with your package.

Can I ship my order to an international address?

No.  Presently, we only ship orders to addresses within the United States.  We can arrange for shipment to APO addresses.  Continue with your order as usual and a representative will contact you shortly.
 

REPAIR & GENERAL MAINTANENCE
How can I get an item repaired?
We repair items made by Lamon’s. You may either bring your item to the Lamon’s store or send in your item via mail. If you choose to send your item via mail, please follow the instructions listed below:

2. Print form and complete all information.
3. Enclose form with item to be repaired
4. Send item and form, via an insured shipping method, to:

How can I check on the status of my repair?

To check the status of your repair, please contact Customer Service at 865.690.9568. A Customer Service Representative will be on hand from 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST Monday-Friday. If you leave a message after hours, a Representative will contact you the next day.
 

How often should I have my jewelry inspected by a jeweler?
It is recommended that you have your jewelry inspected by a professional jeweler every 3 to 6 months depending on the item.  At that time, a jeweler can recommend any work necessary to maintain your jewelry.
